KM18 – BRISTOL CHANNEL PILOT CUTTER 1/16 SCALE 45” X 12”
Bristol Channel pilot Cutters had to be both fast and seaworthy to ply their trade. “Mascotte” was built in the 1940’s and is perhaps the finest surviving example of these classic sailing crafts. The hull has not been altered or deepened, but the model is large enough to be a fine sailer without the need for any external keel or ballast. A very extensive package of drawings, sketches and complete step by step instructions covering each stage of construction is also available as an optional extra.
