Kit is based on a molded fiberglass hull with full plating detail.  Superstructure & decks are in 1 mm & .5 mm plastic.  The main weapons, close range weapons & many detailed fittings are light alloy cast or vacast plastic.  This helps deliver outstanding performance on the water.  Also included are gun turrets, funnel, boats etc. are vacformed plastic.  Brass etchings for stanchions, ladders etc.
